This is a private campground on Merritt’s Mill Pond in Marianna. It has over 200 pull-through sites, with full hook-ups and cable. It is popular with the locals. The campground has a small store, fishing, a pool, boat ramp and live entertainment on some weekends.

The focal point of the park is Merritt’s Mill Pond famous for fresh water fishing.

We stayed here on Memorial Day weekend, May 2005. The park was crowded and the live music on Friday and Saturday night included an Elvis impersonator. . The campground has plenty of fishing spots. The water is clear and you can see the fish take your bait.

Nearby attractions include Florida Caverns State Park, the Chipola River and Merrits Mill Pond.
