Anastasia Anastasia State Park

Located in St. Augustine, this Florida State Park has several miles of beaches and is convenient to historical St. Augustine.

Arrowhead Arrowhead Campsites/RV Park

This private campground is on Merritt's Mill Pond in Marianna and is close to Florida Caverns State Park.

Big Lagoon Big Lagoon State Recreation Area

This State Park is near Pensacola, borders Big Lagoon and is close to the Gulf of Mexico.

Blue Springs Blue Springs State Park

Blue Springs is located near Deland just north of I-10. It is famous for its winter visits by manatees. The campground can only accommodate RV's less than 25 feet.

Camp Mack Resort Camp Mack Resort

Camp Mack is a private campground west of Lake Wales offering access to the Kissimmee River.

Crystal River Crystal River, Encore

This is a full service RV park in Crystal River. The park is near Homosassa Springs State Park, home to manatees year-round.

Ellie Ray's Ellie Ray's River Landing

This private campground is on the Sante Fe River near Branford. It offers full hook-ups and some river-front sites.

Florida Caverns Florida Caverns State Park

Florida Caverns State Park is in Marianna. The caverns are viewed during guided tours. It also has hiking trails and a small spring for swimming.

Fort Clinch Fort Clinch State Park

This State Park is bordered by the St. Mary's River and the Atlantic Ocean. It offers excellent fishing, swimming and beach combing. Facilities include a fishing pier, extensive off-road bike trails, and of course, Fort Clinch.

Fort DeSoto Fort DeSoto Park

Voted one of America's best beaches, this County Park is on the Gulf of Mexico, south of St. Petersburg. It has waterfront campsites. Reservations are a necessity.

Gamble Rogers Gamble Rogers State Park

This Florida State Park features oceanfront RV sites and is located in Flagler Beach. Reservations are suggested for the prime oceanfront lots. The facilities are limited but the view can't be beat.

Ichetucknee Ichetucknee Family Canoe & Cabins

Located near the north entrance to Ichetucknee State Park, this private campground has full hook-ups and a small store. The campground rents canoes and kayaks, including drop-off and pick-up service.

Jetty Park Jetty Park

This campground is operated by the Canaveral Port Authority and its amenities include a fishing pier, a beach, and great view of the cruise ships leaving the port.

Rock Springs Kelly Park at Rock Springs

Tubing is the main focus of this County Park near Sanford. It is very kid friendly and is close to Wekiva Springs and Blue Springs.

Manatee Springs Manatee Springs State Park

Manatee Springs flows into the Suwannee River near Chiefland. This park is scenic, but parking in the campsites is difficult for larger rigs.

North Beach North Beach Camp Resort

This private campground, just north of St. Augustine, is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway.

O'Leno O'Leno State Park

Located on the Sante Fe River near High Springs, this State Park features extensive hiking trails. The river "sinks" underground for several miles before "rising" back to the surface.

Parramore's Parramore's Fantastic Fish Camp and Family Resort

Parramore's is located in Astor, Florida, off State Highway 40. This private campground is on an oxbow off the St. Johns River just south of Lake George.

Paynes Prairie Paynes Prairie State Preserve

This Florida State Park is known for its variety of wildlife including free-ranging buffalo. It is located between Gainesville and Ocala on US 441.

Rainbow Springs Rainbow Springs State Park

Rainbow Springs State Park is west of Ocala near the intersection of State Road 40 and US 41. The main part of this State Park includes the springhead and formal gardens. The camping area is separate from the main park.

River Ranch River Ranch RV Resort

Westgate River Ranch Resort is advertised as the world's largest dude ranch. There are lots of acitvites for kids of all ages.

Salt Springs Salt Springs Recreational Area

Part of the Ocala National Forest, this campground has a salt water spring and full hook-ups. It is close to Juniper, Alexander and Silver Glenn Springs.

Sebastian Inlet Sebastian Inlet State Park

This State Park is on the Sebastian Inlet. connecting the Indian River lagoon to the Atlantic Ocean. Activities include fishing, swimming and beachcombing.

Silver River Silver River State Park

This is a relativly new State Park with access to the Silver River, one of Florida's premier canoe trails. The park has 50 amp service and is near Ocala.

Torreya Torreya State Park

This secluded State Park is on the Apalachicola River and has a rare Torreya pine and bluffs that are 150 feet above the river.

Wekiva Springs Wekiva Springs State Park

This State Park features Wekiva Springs and the Wekiva River. Campsites are shaded. The Park has hiking trails and a swimming area at the springhead, a favorite of locals.

Whippoorwill Whippoorwill Sportsman's Lodge

This small private campground, west of Tallahassee on the 8,000 acre Lake Talquin. It famous for black crappie fishing and white squirrels.

Whitey's Whitey's Fish Camp

Near Jacksonville, Whitey's is best known for its restaurant, sports bar and outdoor deck.
