This RV resort consists mostly of privately owned lots, some of which are offered for short-term rental, and is within the Westgate River Ranch Resort. The resort is located on the Kissimmee River, south of Lake Kissimmee, off State Road 60 between Vero Beach and Lake Wales.

Resort amenities include an airport, restaurant, saloon, marina, hotel and a petting zoo. Activities are primarily Friday through Sunday: including rodeos, boat rentals, hayrides with a singing cowboy, airboat rides, fishing, skeet and trap shooting, boat rentals and horseback riding. The Florida Trail is nearby and offers outstanding hiking and wildlife viewing opportunities.

We stayed in this campground in November 2006. Our site had a wooden deck with a fire pit and two wooden swings. The campsite had full hook-ups and cable and was completely shaded by large oaks and beautifully landscaped.

Bok Tower and Gardens and Lake Kissimmee State Park are nearby in Lake Wales. (Approximately 25 miles).We stayed here in November 2006
