A little out of the way, this park is a peaceful touch of Florida. It is famous for a tree that, after driving for 2 hours, I forgot to take a picture of. It is bordered by a high bluff overlooking the Apalachicola River and has 15 miles of hiking trails. There is a small campground with 10 RV sized lots. We visited this Park in April 2005 but we did not camp here.

View of the river through the trees.

Historical Gregory House has tours.

The hiking trials are very scenic

View of confederate gun enplacement.

We were here for a short visit.

Fishing is popular here.
